Working with the founding leaders of the company, Peak Performance Advisory Services engaged over a six week period to understand core competencies, leadership succession plans, organizational improvements and market development strategies to expand market footprint, improve opportunity management and sales accountability. The resulting plan included internal and external assessments, SWOT analysis, new market targets by geographic location and application, organizational enhancements and competency buildouts that the company deployed in a multi-year growth strategy
